Case | Sewage Treatment Plant Project: Successful Operation of HCZHUN 40kg Sodium Hypochlorite Generator
Introduction
40kg sodium hypochlorite generator successfully runs, Kashgar No.1 Sewage Treatment Plant in Xinjiang
Details

The first sewage treatment plant in Kashgar City was put into operation in 2009, covering an area of 6.25 hectares with a daily treatment capacity of 80000 tons. In recent years, the Kashgar Municipal Government and the water plant have reached a cooperation agreement on the expansion of the second and third phases, expanding the water plant to a daily processing capacity of 160000 tons.

The water plant adopts a treatment process of "A2/O+BBR+advanced treatment", mainly through pre-treatment, biochemical treatment, secondary sedimentation tank, advanced treatment, and factory water disinfection, to ensure that the effluent quality meets the Class A discharge standard of the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). HCZHUN will provide three HCCL-40000 sodium hypochlorite generators (with an hourly chlorine production capacity of 40kg) according to design requirements for the disinfection of factory water. The sodium hypochlorite solution generated by the equipment has strong oxidizing properties, and when dissolved in water, it can quickly destroy the cell wall and protein enzymes of the bacterial body, thereby playing a role in sterilization and disinfection.

HCCL series sodium hypochlorite generator, equipped with patented design salt machine, made of PVC and 304 stainless steel, with higher corrosion resistance; Selecting imported brand MAGNETO electrodes with a bipolar structure, adopting the most appropriate electrode spacing and series spacing to achieve optimal electrolysis performance; Install a forced hydrogen exhaust fan to ensure that the diluted hydrogen concentration is less than 1%, improving the safety of system operation; Online pickling, without disassembly and maintenance, enables the entire system to achieve automated operation and intelligent monitoring.

The completion and operation of the project immediately solved the overload pressure of the first sewage treatment plant in Kashgar City. Timely sewage treatment is conducive to protecting and improving the regional ecological environment, improving the quality of life of the general public, and playing a positive role in achieving sustainable economic development in the local area.
