The third sewage treatment plant in Linqu County, Weifang City, Shandong Province covers a total area of 69 acres, including 54 acres of underflow wetland and 15 acres of stabilizing ponds. It plans to build 12 water collection tanks, equipped with 210 meters of water diversion pipes and collection tanks. The water channel is 1180 meters.

 

 

 

 

This project uses ozone advanced oxidation process to implement standard improvement technology. It mainly uses the extremely strong oxidizing property of ozone to react with many organic matter or functional groups to effectively degrade organic matter in industrial wastewater, thereby improving water quality. According to the design plan, HCZHUN provides 2 HMS-20000 ozone generators, which can achieve a daily water treatment capacity of 30,000 tons.

 

 

 

 

 

HCZHUN ozone advanced oxidation process has high catalytic efficiency, fast reaction rate, and high COD degradation rate; low ozone dosage, efficient mixing, high utilization rate, and low operating cost; few restrictive conditions and good degradation of organic pollutants Almost no selectivity, stable and reliable operation; no secondary pollution, no residual sludge.

 

 

 

After the project was completed and put into use, COD in the wastewater of Linqu No. 3 Sewage Treatment Plant was effectively treated. The main pollutant COD was reduced by 219 tons/year. The treated wastewater entered the artificial wetland supporting the sewage treatment plant, helping the wetland realize the river Ecological restoration, improve the ecological environment of Mihe River (Longshan Section), increase biodiversity, and ensure the sustainable development of local social economy.
