Dear HCZHUN users,

Hello!

Sincerely thank you for choosing HCZHUN water oxidation disinfection and dosing equipment. This is your greatest support and recognition for us.
The cold winter has arrived. In order to avoid equipment damage and pipeline icing caused by low temperatures, and to ensure stable and normal operation of the system, measures for preventing cold and freezing have been formulated. The specific measures are as follows:

Heating measures should be taken in the equipment room to increase the indoor temperature and ensure that the ambient temperature is ≥ 5 ℃ (open flame heating is prohibited).

When the ambient temperature is ≤ 5 ℃, equipment pipelines and valves need to be wrapped with antifreeze insulation materials for antifreeze protection.

When the equipment room freezes due to cold conditions, it is necessary to stop the production and operation of the equipment, drain the water inside the equipment, tanks, and pipelines in a timely manner, and prevent low-temperature freezing from damaging the equipment and fittings. Simultaneously close the tap water inlet valve and blow with air to ensure that there is no accumulated water in the pipeline. Indoor pipelines should be dismantled and connected with double ball valves, unions, and flanges, and accumulated water should be discharged from the low point. For exposed discharge pipes, blind plate sealing should be used at the outlet to prevent rainwater from entering the pipeline from the discharge port and freezing the equipment.

For indoor and outdoor pipelines, inspection should be strengthened, with a focus on areas prone to frost cracking such as pipelines and valves. If abnormalities are found, corresponding measures should be taken in a timely manner.

Due to the large temperature difference between day and night in winter, condensation is prone to occur inside and outside the control cabinet, which can easily lead to device short circuits and burnout accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm that the control cabinet door is in a closed state. Regularly inspect the internal components of the control cabinet for abnormalities, ensure proper heat dissipation and ventilation, and ensure that all components function and operate properly. During equipment operation, check the various parameters of the system to ensure that they are within the normal range. If the operating parameters are too high or too low, please contact our business or technical personnel in a timely manner!
Winter is approaching, please take protective measures to ensure the smooth passage of equipment during the winter. We are waiting for your inquiries and are ready to help you solve any problems at any time!
